How will my furniture ship?
We generally use one of the main courier companies.
When will my furniture arrive?
You can view estimated delivery times under your order details page. Most of our items are received within 4-7 business days.
What is the product warranty/guarantee policy?
Product warranty information may vary based on the item, please refer to each specific product info page and click on the "Product Warranty" link.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once the order has been shipped.
How much is the shipping cost in Pakistan?
Our shipping cost depends on distance and quantity that can be discussed with our sales staff.
What if my shipment is damaged?
In the extremely rare case of your shipment arriving damaged, please document the damages incurred and contact us immediately to resolve the situation. If the carton is severely damaged, you have the option to refuse delivery. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do everything possible to resolve these types of situations. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 15 days after the delivery for customers to find the damage and send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos. We take up to 7 days to review and approve the claim. After the claim is approved, we will be sending customers free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional shipping costs.

What is the cancellation policy?
Order cancellations must be submitted via phone no later than 48 hours after order placement. .
What is the return policy?
Once the order is confirmed after the 48 hours of placement the shipment cannot be returned unless it is damaged or defective. However we do accommodate our customers from time to time. All return requests must be submitted by email via our "Contact Us" page link.
