Please note that we endeavour to accommodate our customers to our fullest extent. Our low pricing formula is based upon low storage and handling costs. Therefore there are some implications on our return and cancellation policies. Please read below…
For any return to be effective, the customer must notify within 3 days from the date of delivery.
1. Damaged or Defective Goods
If upon delivery you find that certain part of the article received is damaged or defective, you must get in touch with us within 3 working days from the date of delivery. If the notification is made after 3 days, then the financial responsibility remain to be that of the customer.
Our customer services team will investigate and establish whether the damage is as a result of transportation or manufacturing. In either instance the customer will be given the following three options:
Full refund and collection of the entire order from the customer’s premises.
Replacement of the damaged/defective article within 20 working days
Partial refund and keep the remainder articles that are not damaged or defective.
2. Articles No Longer Required
We do not have a policy to refund if customers change their mind after delivery.
All orders can be cancelled within 48hrs of placing the order. The customer must send an email from the same email address, using the correct order reference, that was used at the time of placing the order.
